General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Deposit : In order to confirm your booking request a deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be paid to us. This can be done by holiday cheque, money order, credit card by telephone or bank cheque (only in euros) or by using our online booking service.

Reservation : Final commitment: Any reservation accepted through the cashing of your deposit, remains non-refundable, and commits you to respect the dates of stay chosen and recorded. We will not be able to accept in renting, the persons not registered with the contract, that could involve an immediate rupture of contract of hiring and without refunding of the deposit. In the event of withdrawal, the deposit paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before your arrival, the client will be required to pay the full amount of the chosen stay.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the stay initially booked remains due.

Reception : On your arrival, please present yourself at the reception of the Camping *** du Port de Plaisance.
June – July and August, for rentals, arrival from 4pm to 8pm.
For the free pitches, arrivals are from 12 am.
For late arrivals, please send us a letter or an email beforehand to let us know. Without prior notice, for any delay of more than 24 hours, the rental will be available and the amount of the rental will be due.
Any late arrival or early departure will not be refunded. The rented accommodation may be re-rented by our Campsite *** du Port de Plaisance without any compensation or refund.

March – April – May – September – October, arrival and departure on the day of your choice (according to your reservation) from 6pm to 8.30pm.
For free pitches, arrivals are from 12 am.
For late arrivals, please send us a letter or an email beforehand to let us know. Without prior notice, for any delay of more than 24 hours, the rental will be available and the amount of the rental will be due.
Any late arrival or early departure will not be refunded. The rented accommodation may be re-let by our Camping *** du Port de Plaisance without any claim for compensation or refund.

Balance : The balance of your stay must be paid on arrival for payments made in cash, holiday cheques or bank cards. For payments made by bank cheque (only in euros), the balance of your stay is due 4 weeks before your arrival.
The balance of your stay will include: the balance of the rental, the tourist tax of 0.25 € per day and per person over 13 years old.

Deposit : An inspection will be carried out on arrival and on departure.
Two cheques will be required on arrival: a cheque for 250 € and a cheque for 50 € or a bank imprint; this is to guarantee the equipment, accommodation and other, initially and then the cleaning of the accommodation. They will be returned to you when you leave (between 8 and 10 am) or by post if the inventory was carried out in your absence (outside inventory hours). If the departure cleaning is not done, 50 € will be deducted from the deposit and if it is only partially done, 30 € will be deducted.

Bedding : You must provide your own bedding: sheets and covers, pillowcases… We provide one duvet per bed and one pillow per person. For those who are “chilly” we advise you to bring an extra blanket.

Departure inventory : To carry out your departure inventory, please make an appointment at the reception desk at least 3 days before your departure.
Check-out times are between 8am and 10am.
After the inventory, the keys are handed over immediately and the tenants are asked to leave the accommodation.
For free pitches, departures and arrivals are at 12 am; however, if the departure time is not respected, the extra night(s) will be charged.

Fitting out and tidying up : At the time of the departure inventory, the dishes and other equipment must be put back in their original place. Please check your cupboards and mattress bottoms, we will not be responsible for any forgotten items or clothes.

Visitor : You have the possibility to receive visitors for the day during your stay (departure before midnight). To do so, they must present themselves at the reception of the Camping *** du Port de Plaisance. However, if the visitor(s) stay(s) one or more nights, please inform the reception of the Camping *** du Port de Plaisance, in order to pay directly the night(s).

Choice of pitch : for all those wishing to be close to friends or family, we will do our best to reduce the distance between your pitches, according to our possibilities and availability. We cannot guarantee a specific pitch, although we will do our best to accommodate you.

At the Campsite : Every guest must respect the internal rules of the campsite. We will not be responsible for any loss, theft of personal items or items under your responsibility (rented equipment), injuries or damage that may occur to the guest during the practice of sports or other activities, accompanying persons or their visitors. In the event of non-compliance or serious misconduct, the Camping *** du Port de Plaisance, declines all responsibility and reserves the right to evict the guest without compensation or refund. All tenants must be covered by a civil liability insurance.
Underage children must not wander around the campsite after 10pm without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

In case of force majeure : In case of force majeure: bad weather, natural disaster, fire, water damage, works…, the Camping *** du Port de Plaisance reserves the right to cancel the rental or other activities without recourse or prosecution.

Swimming pool : It is essential to accompany children to the pool. Swimming for all is under your responsibility. For everyone, it is OBLIGATORY to wear swimming trunks, shoes must be left outside, obligation to go through the foot bath.

Playground : authorized for children from 3 to 8 years old, and this under the responsibility and supervision of parents or guardians.
For all leisure activities, your children must remain under your supervision.

Meals : It is strictly forbidden to use deep fryers, oil baths or any other cooking methods that could cause damage.

Animals : Pets (only domestic) are allowed. Dogs of the first and second category are, however, prohibited. They must not be left alone on the pitch or in the rented accommodation under any circumstances. The owner must keep the animal on a leash. On arrival, a daily supplement must be paid at the reception, according to the current rates. Vaccination records must be up to date. Please take your pet outside the campsite for its daily needs.

Use of personal data : The personal data collected is subject, by the CCI Amiens-Picardie and the Camping *** du Port de Plaisance (“CCI”), to a computerized treatment intended for the management of your reservation and is kept for 3 years. These data are integrated into the customer file of Camping *** du Port de Plaisance and are not communicated to third parties. Camping *** du Port de Plaisance may also send you its commercial offers and surveys.
In accordance with the law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978 modified and the RGPD (European General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), you have the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning you.
